Gasoline vs electric cars: which one is better? Throughout the years of my life growing up I loved cars; the sounds of a car, the feel of a car’s steering wheel, and the look of cars. Cars will always have a special place in my heart, my dream car is a 1961 Chevy Impala convertible, but the question is, are gasoline cars better than electric cars, and which source of energy is better for the environment? I believe that gasoline cars are better in many ways when it comes to the sound of them and their looks.

Gas cars will have a sleek style and sound like no other. Electric cars are going for a soft eco-friendly look, gasoline cars are tough loud racing machines that many men and women love. However, with a little research from bluettipower.com, there are a lot of pros and cons to having an electric car compared to a gasoline car.

Major pros come a long way for owning an electric vehicle. Some of the reasons may be how they have low maintenance and they may be expensive to buy but when it comes to fixing an electric car it’s less needed and less expensive. Gasoline-powered cars need maintenance often, from personal experience I know this because I own a 2010 C300 Mercedes Benz and it’s not cheap to maintain such a car, especially a German-made car.

Finding gas stations is easy because they are only miles or minutes away from people and with electric cars becoming more and more popular, charging stations are now being added to certain spots of town, but they are not at every gas station and are very hard to find. If you own an electric car and your car is on the verge of dying it might be a little difficult finding a charging station, but finding a gas station for oil is very common and easy to find and more reliable so when it comes to finding power for cars gasoline scores a point.

A big con for gasoline cars is it is bad for the environment and air quality and can cause pollution. On the other hand, electric cars are very good for the environment. Electric cars produce zero tailpipe emissions, and they also run much quieter than gasoline cars which means less reduced noise pollution for the environment. Electric cars make a point of keeping the environment safe and not polluted.

Surely electric cars are better with maintenance and environmental pollution which is perfect to stay green, but gasoline-powered cars will always hold a place in my heart and my childhood and adulthood.
