I am blessed to have had supporters on campus like my Mom in room 981, Ms. Hunter, Ms. G, and Mr. Koerner. Hello, my fellow wolfpackians, my name is Arturo, but people know me as Churro. I want to thank every student for making school a unique experience. To all my old teachers, I appreciate you guys for the four years you have put in my four years. I appreciate you guys. To Mr. Hobson and Mr. Hernandez, I appreciate the guidance through the most difficult times by making me laugh, even when you guys didn’t know anything was going on at home. These past two years in Journalism class have had a big impact on me. It has helped me improve my communication skills and make new friendships. I’m really grateful for every person I have come across in this class. Ms. Hunter is one of my favorite teachers. She has been there when I needed her. In the blink of an eye, I’m finally finishing my senior year. Moments and memories in high school have taught me to become a better person and shown me how to be myself. So many teachers and staff have shown me how to always be dependent and how to show pride in what I enjoy. The ones who have taught me about discipline and to understand things is Ms. Hunter, Bobby Lizarraga, and Brittany Rutherford. They have taught me how to be the person that I am now, and they keep making me feel that I can do it, and they are my motivation to keep going. These past four years have gone by so fast, and I am not ready to leave high school. I’ma miss all the sports I did and all my amazing teachers, especially Ms. Hunter. She helped me get through all four years without quitting school. I wanna thank my mom and dad for always pushing me to get good grades, coming to my games and supporting me, and bringing me food on game days and getting me out of school whenever I want to. I like to thank my friends whom I met in both art and theater classes. Art and theater have helped me become the person I am today.
